★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much to the staff working the closing shift at this branch on Feb 25,2020. They last minute helped me purchase some foreign currency at the very last minute, you saved my vacation. It meant a lot to me, you all are Rockstar's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just threatened and harassed by a very rude man, Jeff Krafta at this branch, and was truly traumatized by how I was treated. (I am a small 5' tall woman, and he is a huge 7 foot tall guy) I was being calm & polite the whole time, just trying to deposit a pay check from work. I am disgusted that someone who is a branch manager would even think it's reasonable to treat anyone like this, let alone a customer at a business. My advice is to avoid this branch, all TD banks, and especially this Jeff Krafta man at all costs. Thanks for ruining my day :( I feel sick to my stomach from this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright here's my rant, been with TD for most likely 16 years stellar credit never miss a payment on anything. I came in before Christmas for a simple 30 K loan to consolidate some dept since I have a promotion and needed a new car. I have been dragged over the coals, asked for a never ending list of documentation and information. Frustrated at the never ending delays I essentially gave up on TD ever giving me any help. Funny thing is I can walk into a mortgage brokers office tomorrow and leverage and buy most likely three houses with my equity. They dance for my business, not so much with the bank. This system is terrible, I would much rather go to someone who honestly wants my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've banked with TD since about 2009 and with this particular branch since 2012.
The staff here are Amazing! ALL of them! I've gotten some really good advice and help from the credit department. They are knowledgeable and kind.
The tellers are just as amazing. I am ALWAYS greeted with a smiling person who is more than willing to help me and make me feel like I am more than just a number.
I've come to know some of the staff and the familiar faces make my visit feel very "homy".
I'd give 10 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a great time with Jo Bartolo in TD bowen raod branch. She was amazingly kind. Ive used to go to TD in longwood pub area but from now, I will go to the dufferine branch on bowen for Jo Bartolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience ever with the most unprofessional untrained employee Im so disgusted that I I wasted hours waiting for her to come get me plus infant, she came out twice stared at us walked around the building went back into her office no acknowledgement then we get into her office and absolutely unprofessional never use this woman MEGHA SHUKLAworst worst worst at TD Bank ever… Will never go back to this location ever again I will drive as far as I have to to go to any other bank I am so disappointed in her behaviour
