★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service is crap . the new managers are rude . i bought a lotto ticket forgot it and when i came back to get it they gave me the run around and i lost out on winning lottery . i will never go back to that max ever again . i will drive an extra 10 minutes just to go to Petro Canada and get better service with nicer people who dont steal your lotto tickets .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a corner convinance store selling variety of day to day goodies including cigarettes and Pops. Attached with Petro Canada Gas station with fluids and lube sales. No free air so have coins available to fill your deflated tyres. Locates at the corner of Departure Bay Road & Norwell Drive. Easy to notice from either direction while driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream machine was broken and I was only able to get a tiny bit of ice cream in the bottom of my slurpee. I told the guy it was broken and showed him the tiny amount I got and he still charged me for ice cream/slurpee instead of just slurpee. I should have just abandoned it and walked but I wasn't really thinking about it when he charged me nearly $4 for a slurpee... You can improve by making sure your employees aren't douchebags. I know it's only $2 I overpaid but it still bugs me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People criticizing this place are absurd. This place was fine. Exactly what you'd expect. Good selection, etc. It's not a fancy restaurant, and printers run out of paper sometimes. Deal with it like a normal human being. Don't go online and leave bad reviews, jeeze. Also, to the guy with the lotto ticket: they didn't steal your winning lotto. You lost before you even bought a ticket. Cut your loses and go fly a kite or something. Just saying. Oh, and the slushy drinks were really good, but the cream soda one was a little weird. I'd advise against it. Five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here all the time and find that most of the staff are relatively friendly but today I went in and had a very unpleasant experience, ended up leaving with nothing I came in for.
I had the short long blonde haired employee be condescending, sarcastic and just be down right rude to me. And when i left my fiancé went to the counter to buy his things, and she had made a rude comment about me because I decided to leave without purchasing after how she treated me in the store.
I've never had a experience like that ever in my life. 0/10 not coming in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was getting off work at 1am and the only place open for gas (or so I thought) was Circle K . So I went there and the doors were locked (no sign saying be back in 5 or anything) previously I have always went here and the gas pumps had no cars and doors are unlocked (usually) and three cars were sitting in the gas pump area and no people around... Did you change your hours or what? If so you need to update them and put signs up letting people know. I will not be going there again.
