FIX YOUR DAMN DRIVE THRU BANK MACHINE!!!!! It has been either "out of 20's" or just won't let you take your chosen cash amount out "nothing less than $100" forever! It is -30Β°c! And you are a bank that is literally FULL of money to fix it! Get it together!

Bad experience with the manager. Was told the bank was not there to manage my money yet this is they're exact job. Ann Safar will be getting a person bad review from me. I will be switching banks shortly.

I always use the bank on Arthur because most of the tellers are so friendly and helpful. I was there today and my tellers name was Adam. He was not very friendly and a little put out because I was depositing coin. Almost all was wrapped but I had some that wasn't full rolls, and he had to count them. I could tell he wasn't happy and then he looked at me and said "You know we don't accept unrolled coin." I said "Really, the last time I was here I had unrolled coin in the bag with the rolled coins and wasn't going to deposit the unrolled but my teller said money is money and I'm here to take your deposit." I've been been using TD since the late 80's. Next time I'll go to a different teller so I don't annoy him, lol, or tell him off.

i am so disappointed in the service i had from this branch. I went in June to refinance my mortgage almost a week later still no word from Laura, had to call the bank and talk to the someone else. Then Laura finally emailed me saying how busy the bank was and the Toronto bank was for approval. then again no more communication for a week until i called again. Then they are telling me all the rules that have changed when you own rentals to get a mortgage, remember I already have a mortgage there i just wanted to add to it for some renovations i did. End result is now it's August 11th no word from Laura Wood, i am no going to CIBC in my home town and signing a mortgage and closing my mortgage at TD Thunder Bay. I was told some stories about her that she did not work for the customer and now i saw it first hand. How do you run a business working like this. Very, very poor service any one that is going to deal with that branch ask for someone else that will be more helpful !!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION! I am appalled by the service and treatment that awaited my son and I on July 15th at the TD bank. On Thursday, July 14th I called the Bank on behalf of my 15 year old son, who was looking forward to opening a new account and having his first pay cheque deposited. I explained to the worker that my son researched their Bank and liked the hours, area and the fact that there was youth accounts available. I was told that a Birth Certificate and SIN card/papers were sufficient to proceed and was booked in to see Shannon. When arriving on Friday my son and I produced the exact identification and Shannon refused to open an account for him stating that the ID was not enough and we were dismissed. I would like for the public to be aware of the treatment that my son and I experienced from the TD bank and their employee and may you think twice about going there with your business. Jennifer

Very rude customer service manager told the teller to remove my NSF fee as long as I hadn’t had one in the last 6 months. Then, she came over to her station and said β€œno we can’t remove it, you had one removed in 2017.” I explained that it wasn’t my fault the payment was returned as the student loan centre had sent an email saying payments would be deferred until March 21 and then took the payment in November. Said it was my responsibility to check my account. Why would I check for a payment I had no idea was coming? That makes no sense. I truly feel unvalued as a customer and will not be returning.

Bad experience with the TD bank. Being a student I Was told that you can do unlimited free interac e transfer in a month when you open a student account but now they have charged me $10 extra after 25 transactions for maybe 5-6 more transactions, they are the worst banks service ever. I will be definitely switching to another bank shortly. PLEASE DON’T EVER USE TD BANK SWITCH INTO SCOTIABANK OR RBC THEY ARE DEFINITELY BETTER THAN TD!

I love dealing with this bank. Friendly kind knowledgeable staff. Smiles and happy people to deal with. Have been with this branch for years and it is top notch service. I love being a part of the TD family. Thanks to everyone at this branch.
