Everytime I come to pay a bill it's a fight. My husband has already come in to update his profile.. ive been paying Bill's with cash the whole time...all other branches in thunder bay have no problem and are nice and polite. You guys just blame them saying they are doing it wrong and your staff is rude...even the trainee is rude.

I realize that staff of the bank of Montreal is under a great deal of stress during this pandemic but they need to respect the client in giving them the option to use the atm or get the money from the teller . I had to explain myself to teller I didn't mind waiting in line to see one of them because I was not in a rush if I was I would use the atm by telling me this it was a good way to lose a client. One thing I could suggest to management and staff is make two lines one for people waiting to use the atm and another to go into the bank to get your money. Far too money people are asking what line they should stand in . By suggesting this idea it should alleviate the problem in future , thank you for listening ....

The staff here are always really nice and super helpful. The other day I ran into a problem with one of the ATM machines after hours and came in today to see if they could give me a hand (a bill had gotten stuck in the machine, and even though it had been a couple of days they were able to find a quick solution for me). The lady that was working was super nice and understanding. Never had a bad experience at this branch.

Savings account isn't worth the credit hit and I exchange alot of change why would I be denied if it's not rolled already? You don't provide them why should I pay to do what's clearly in the contract. My 5 minutes of counting change is worth the same as someone halve hour to do paper work? Your a bank teller that's your job. Besides that your a bank how do you not have a change counter? To some it's just change but when I have 1000 worth every few weeks it cost me almost a hundred for rollers. I'm saving for a reason. I mean if you gunna demand them at least pay me for them. I already pay monthly for my services.
