The staff knows who you are, they say hi to you – often by name, even when they might not be the person taking care of your transaction. They will tell you of specials coming up for investment purposes or to get a better interest rate. They will advise you on the person to talk to about investing and what some options might be best for your individual needs, and they don't push you into investing in something that doesn't suit your needs. No matter if you are just paying a bill, withdrawing money or depositing money, the reception from the staff is always pleasant. They treat you like a person and not an account number.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great service when you are in the building, everyone is friendly. but .... trying to get a hold of someone over the phone is next to impossible. I've even called back 2 seconds after missing their call and couldn't get a hold of anyone. ended up having to drive to the bank to speak to someone. please please please northern credit union staff, start answering your phones.
