★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was busy, but they seemed to be on top of it and everything moved quickly as seamlessly. Seems like they're taking good COVID precautions and have a system that works well with it. As always, A&W comes through and remains my favourite fast food burger joint in Canada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is consistent. Always fresh and delicious. Only burger place my kids love, little bit on the expensive side though. Try to get coupons or go when there are deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As expected, there was a lineup at the drive thru... the service was a little slower than hoped for, but there were quite a few customers ahead of me. The service was good, however I was a little disappointed regarding the coffee... it didn't seem to be up to par compare to other A&W's I have visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality was decent, but the price $8.46 (after taxes) for a single papa burger which is only 2 patties and no combo, I was hoping to get abit more of a 'kick' to it.

cheese doesn't even melt, not even a little bit, every time I crave/order a teen burger I am met with disappointment of cold food that should be at least warm. this happens all the time and i was the only one in line and not busy so dont give me that excuse please. please fix this ! thunder bay A&W's. all of em so its likely your process or lack of ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through is reasonably quick the past couple times I've been here. Food wise though. Store takes no pride in what they serve out. White lettuce/hard tomatoes/cold gravy / very cold fries. By the time you get home and notice its just too late. I called and complained about the fries and the guy told me it was because I had to drive. (I've got heated seats which always keeps my food warm lol) can't be bothered here anymore. For the cost I can go to any burger place in town and get a GOOD burger.
