Hello everyone I just wanted to let people know I recently visited this bank and from the time I walked in the door and from the time I left it wasn’t pleasant first of all soon as I walked in the door there was a huge lineup then I was approached by the manager and this really upset me I’m first nations and no not from BC from Alberto I was there to do some banking the manager came up to me and asked me if I had an account there and why am I there first of all you should not judge anybody by race right away I felt Racial profiled That made me very unhappy the other thing was when I actually got to the teller she pretty much did the same thing to me it’s funny because I probably have more money than they both do combined the thing that upsets me is if your first nations why is it when you walk into a business you always have a bad experience I deafly not recommend dealing with this bank the manager should be fired and thank you everybody for taking the time to read this have a good day

Banker would not accept my I.d. that is stated on there website as acceptable. They would not get manager to correct the situation. Was told to wait pointlessly in line up to talk to teller who confirmed I had correct I.D but was unable to open account. During this complete waste of time I found out my friend was forced to wait outside in rain I am disgusted and appalled with this bank

I had a weird transaction to do today ( as i do not bank at CIBC personally) but i had a cheque to deposit on behalf of the company i work for. They were super sweet when helping me with this transaction and got it done in a nice timely manner! im really glad they were able to help me and all the staff were super sweet and understanding! really like this branch not sure why it only has 2 stars!

Customer service is very very poor. Staff is so lazy . I am not the customer over here but I went on this branch with my friend and I thought to open account on this. But the lady name is amrit took 45 minutes to just provide a statement. Poor service

The tellers are really nice . But Ms Susanne this is for you!!!!! it is no mannerism to walk around the tellers even if you are supervising them with folded arms and poor attitude. On top of that when someone wants the transaction to be processed for the same day- you cut off the tellers midway their sentence- providing right information that one of the tellers Ada has the stamp for today. Madam this is no personal business here- learn to be professional.

All Atm machines were not working on a Sunday. RETURNED Tuesday..cant get in. DONT know if machines are working. Cant deposit cheque or cash. They posted a sign No teller services will be available -"sorry for the inconvenience", No explanation. Called Branch...u get a message they Are in the bank...but won't be available. They say call Telephone banking( is not related to the Bank ...if it's open..if machines are working. NO answers is what you get when u Need service. Can go out of my way and go bank with Tellers I don't know. Poor example of service after seeing website- They value us as customers, are always "improving" services. I don't have time to hear Call another service line - they won't know a thing about This branch.

Quite possibly the worst bank in the world in terms of customer service. As a newcomer here I would have expected a bank to be interested in supporting me instead I shall be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere as soon as my status changes. Missed my appointment by telephone (literally never called at all) after waiting 11 days for it, owe me over 200$ in account fees wrongly taken, and lack of care and customer service. Do not bother to email or call as you will never get a a response. This is a joke of a branch
