Always a line up to tellers managed poorly. 20 min waits are unacceptable to due banking. If managed like this they obviously don't need business here at guildford location.

Staff dress disgusting. Service is disgusting. Lack of knowledge and proficienalism. Branch seems to be in a third world country. When are you going to find proper staff for valued clients.???

This branch said they are open today, so we came all the way here to get a bank draft with my pregnant wife. The manager said they weren't open, after letting someone out after helping them. Then there are two more people waiting to be helped inside. We got turned away so I'm assuming they were family or something. Why are you saying open and making me and my pregnant wife wait outside for a cab now after wasting money to get here. Change your hours or stop the double standard. This is the worst branch ever

TD Canada Trust Guildford Branch in Surrey BC, is the worse branch I ever encounter in BC in last 30 plus years. Specially financial advisors/planners section of that branch. They have no idea what they are talking and they lie straight on the face of customer. As because I live close by, I happened to go there few times. My last few visit were frustrating and painful. I have hard time to understand such a big, good reputable bank like TD Canada Trust, how come they recruit such bank professionals who has bare minimum knowledge about how to guide the customers like me [who possess handsome amount of fund in that bank]. On top they miss guided me and waste my time several times. I promised myself I will never step into that branch anymore.

Today I was at TD Bank. I urgently needed credit information about my accounts from 2016 until today. The bank employee said that it would take a long time, that it was better for me to call the credit department and take information from them. I was very upset , because it is very difficult to get through to the credit department now (I tried it took me 2 hours and no one answered me like that) I explained to the employee that it was very difficult to get through. He asked me to wait, he would talk to the manager. The manager came and said he would try to help me. His name is Ruzel Santos. Many thanks to him - he was very polite and helped me a lot. He gave me all the information I wanted, which is probably about 100-120 sheets. Thank you very much again. I think your management should appreciate an employee like Ruzzel Santos. I am very pleased that I chose TD Bank.

Having worked at a bank before I know when ATM systems go down, other workers, including the head teller and front desk staff will help people waiting in the line to do their banking β€” this location did the opposite. Instead you could hear workers laughing and pointing out how long the lineup is of people who need to use the ATM on a Friday. Do better, TD.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with our experience at this bank. My mom was here from out of country and tried to withdraw money from the ATM. Little did we know that it won’t work to withdraw money using a non-TD VISA. Well after the failed attempt to get money out of the ATM we went inside and tried at the tellers where they informed us it wasn’t possible. However the money had been withdrawn from the credit card but it was never received by us. We requested an investigation and were notified that there we no errors with the ATM, the count at the end of the day did not show any discrepancies. We are now $1000 dollars poorer. TD Canada is $1000 richer and incompetent. Obviously they cannot count, they lied that we received the money and they have no problem stealing from you. Very disappointed. Maybe we need to do a police report? Any advise is more than welcome.
