★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Reflex just when the shop was closing. The associate left the store open for me which I very much appreciated. He was very patient with me and knew exactly what I was looking for. He even included samples and a cup for me which was great. I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there this evening (Thursday) around 6 and for me it was a great experience. The guy from the store asked me about my personal fitness goals helped me pick suitable supplements. He even gave me diet tips/advice to help reach my goals. I didn't have much time to stick around for too long today, so I'm definitely going again to pick more stuff. Good people, great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales associate was informative, educated me on some alternative products to those I currently use and provided me with a sample of a product I was interested in trying. He excused himself to help ring someone through the cash register but promptly returned to see if I needed anything else. Quality customer service. I always enjoy coming in to this location.

I usually find that this place is a little too relaxing with little or no costumer assistance. Jen was awesome.
