★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hands down the worst bank I have ever dealt with, I lost my wallet and it was given to this branch, and I received nothing but more frustration through there lack of professionalism. I would spam call the BRANCH's number everyday for 3 days only to be sent to voicemail every time, and I would leave a voicemail. but no answer. To contact them I contacted there finance manager as she was the only one that would pick up, she then sent an email to all her peers regarding my wallet and no surprise once again left without help. Finally I called today to tell them I am coming in tomorrow to get it and he says "okay let me make sure he has your wallet and if hes in tomorrow, ill give you a call back" only to receive no call back, once AGAIN DON'T GO HERE!!!! 0/10 satisfactory.

Just close my personal, business and US funds Accounts due to bad management and lies..
Mostly of the staff needs to learn how to communicate with clients or customers
This branch without the Manager ( Maria Da Costa ) it will disgusting especially when you dealing with a person (Gaedano) has no respect ,no knowledge about basic rules of banking services
To Maria which I dealing with her at CIBC for almost twenty years to tell her sorry for removing my accounts and for
you deserve ? and definitely not be at this worthless place
