★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since this location doesn’t have tellers you might as well tear it down and put a nice grocery store. Maybe a nice restaurant. What a waste of space and of my time. Went over to the confederation location and got amazing service. Pretty sad I had to drive all the way to the other side of the city to get some decent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bizarre set up for a bank. No tellers, just tables and no one at them, stood around until someone finally came out to talk with me. But they couldn't deposit my money as I had some cheques and some change. Said I could sign up for a business deposit bag which would mean the money takes 2 days to hit my account. Thanks but no, I'll go to a branch where they want deposits and don't have to openly tell you when you come in that they just can't do deposits that have a combination of cheques / cash / change. 3rd time I've been here (first for this reason) and it will be the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor set up. Just two employees working. Financial advisor was late for our appointment. When trying to negotiate was told my 25 years as a customer ment nothing to CIBC. If I didn't like it go elsewhere. She seemed annoyed that I had questions and asked for explanation on some things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on Oct 7 to open a new account. The plan was to switch everything over to a new bank. I gave them a photocopy of my identification and now on Nov 16th, I still haven't heard from them about a new account. I guess they have enough customers? Terrible, I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bank with them and they couldn't even change a 20 into 2 rolls of quarters. Huge bank, waste of space. It doesn't make sense for banks like this to have the square footage that they do. Again, big waste of space.

Highly recommend this place.
