I had a really ridiculously bad experience,one adviser tell me I am stupid and funny , I left a comment here and they found my number by looking at my personal information on file, called me with private number and I was threaten and insulted by the adviser I made complaining about. He is forcing me to delete the bad comment about him. If you are planing on having an account here , my recommendation is.
Never go here and don't talk to The Chinese male adviser called Bill Song. he is lack of experience,rude, had really bad,ridiculous and unacceptable service(I would not even call it a service). I was asking him to release the fund which CIBC hold for months wiz no reason , And he was saying I am stupid and funny, he even threaten me to terminate my mortgage which he dose not have the right to do . I had bank with scotia RBC and TD before . none of their employee dare to say things like this to mes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, ridiculous bad experience, non professional, the manager is a fraud, not really reachable covering for her staff’s lies. You won’t get help if you need to take their time for nothing big. Only couple decent staffs but they don’t have much can do because the manager is not allowing them to spend decent time to help the client, just bluffing to hold you on..they will even ignore your request, not responding to your phone messages for your urgent need. They are the worst example of a banking service. They make you feel it’s time to change to other banks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What even is the point of this location if they can't do the most basic bank things? Literally just a glorified ATM kiosk with plenty of people to sell you GICs but not one person who can actually help you with basic banking. No one asked for this CIBC. Just give us a regular bank branch!

Sometimes businesses take the negative comments and improve themselves, and this CIBC branch has seemed to have done just that.
I was greeted with a smile and a wonderful attitude and a quick and efficient experience. This was at a monday at 2:00pm ish so I guess I picked a great time.
