★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a customer for life! The whole transaction was easy through their app. They were able to transfer all my rxs from the dreadful Kingsgate Mall Shoppers. They even included free COVID tests (as I am 40) and an amazing swag bag that I will use when I travel. Thank you for making my life easy when I was sick with COVID and couldn’t leave my apartment! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service is amazing! Especially if like me, you’re not in any condition to go and wait at a pharmacy after leaving the ER. The pharmacist was very courteous and caring, took the time to correct some errors that were in the prescription, get me better pricing for medication and also accommodated switching up my prescription after a follow-up doctor told me to change my medication. The delivery driver was very communicative and accommodating.
Health issues are the worst, and the Mednow team definitely made my life a lot easier when I needed it most. All in all, I couldn’t ask for better service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched to Mednow after having a bad and worrying experience with another Pharmacy, I spoke with one of their reps and they made me feel super safe so I switched over that same day. The transition was seamless and they handled everything impeccably. I have now received my first set of medication and I could not be happier. Not only are they very professional, timely and attentive, their staff is incredibly sweet and loving. I’m so incredibly pleased with this change and I actually trust them, which is a huge relief. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brick and mortar pharmacies, watch out: Mednow is the new Amazon of pharmacies, only with way better service. All of the following happened on the same day:
-Opened online chat window to ask what Mednow's prescription filling fee was (because my health plan has a cap, and I didn't want to switch pharmacies if it meant exceeding it). Almost instantly, an agent from their Ontario side let me know that the BC team would be opening later in the day but let me know the fee. (Spoiler alert: it was even *less* than my current insurer-preferred pharmacy!).
-8:55AM: filled out quick online form to request transfer of my family's prescriptions from current pharmacy
-a few seconds later: online agent confirmed that the BC team would get working on it when they opened at 10am and asked if I needed any of the transferred prescriptions filled right away
-10:04AM: BC pharmacist confirms they'll request everything from my existing pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding customer service! The process was so smooth and it literally took less than 24hrs to get the medication I needed. Had my phone appointment confirmed within hours, nurse was super nice and friendly, took the time to explain in detail and answer my questions. Then next day the pharmacist followed up repeatedly to help me with account set up and billing. I called back and the same person answered so they're easy to reach! The medicine delivered the same day with no problems. Then, when I opened the little baggie I was almost moved to tears because when was the last time a pharmacist wrote you a PERSONALIZED note in this day and age, as well as a little care package when they gave you your pills?! My bag came with pocket tissues and two fruity electrolyte mixes!! It's so hard to see a doctor and you gotta wait long lines just to see a pharmacist nowadays. So having this above and beyond service from Mednow really shocked me. I'm so touched and will definitely use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I love the options of telephone or video calls for appointments (sometimes I’d rather just have a regular phone call, so the option is nice). I’ve had prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy when needed immediately, and I’ve had them conveniently mailed for free to my address when I didn’t mind waiting a couple of days. The convenience and options are great. Lovely, caring company! As someone who doesn’t have a family doctor, this service is wonderful.
