TD was the first bank I started with and my experience has always been nothing but amazing. Kakei who works at the 41st and Cambie location is the perfect example of above and beyond service. She is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and genuine! If you are tired of mediocre service and dealing with people who don’t care I suggest making the switch to TD! I’m not sponsored or work for TD, I am just a happy client that wanted to recognize great service. Thanks Kakei!

TD Canada Trust conveniently located along Canada Line, free parking available, BC Liquor store is nearby if you need to stock up on wine.

Wanted to share my experience today with TD with gentlemen called Eric. He helped me seamlessly resolving all my questions banking needs also double checked on all the accounts suggested solutions for online access and made various bank related matter super easy. I am usually very critical of the banks but this experience was awesome! and I am not paid by anyone or TD banks.

I’ve always gotten excellent customer from TD Canada Trust, at the Oakridge (Cambie & 41st) and Granville at 64th branches. However, my most recent visit to the Oakridge branch really blew me away. I was really pleasantly surprised to receive such amazing service, even though I wasn’t opening a new account, applying for a new credit card or a loan; in fact, I was looking for information about my children’s’ accounts from over 12 years ago. I called the bank first to see if they could help me. Jonathan C. picked up the phone and assured me that they could help me if I go to the branch. Upon arriving, I lined up and was quickly served by Andrew L. He started to help me with my request, when Jonathan saw us and asked if I had called earlier. As he understood exactly what I needed through our telephone conversation, he immediately took control and went to depths to help me find the information that I urgently needed, never giving up. I had expected to be turned away and advised to go look for the information more directly, from the original source. I was truly impressed and asked for their business cards, as these are exactly the kind of employees whom I would like to help me with my future banking needs.

Met with Damon to open a new account, could not have been more helpful and explained everything needed to open and maintain the account, the receptionist was lovely too handled the opening of an account with ease and made sure I knew everything before I left. Great customer service and support. Well done guys.

They couldn't care less about the impact of their malfunctioning ATM machine. To avoid close contact with other people at the branch, I deposited $920 cash via ATM # TD9587 at the branch. After the money were taken by the machine, a weird message popped up: "This ATM is experiencing technical problems and is unable to return one or more deposit items." (Nothing was returned.) I had to type in how much I have deposited. I did. I got the receipt and approached the branch employee to explain what happened. They said it's all good and that the money must already be deposited to my account. Today when I checked I saw that my funds are still not there. I spent half an hour on the phone and all they could do is start an investigation (what if I didn't call at all?). Now within about 5 business day (so in a week) they will have the investigation done. And the reason I had deposited some cash is that I needed to pay a contractor. Now I can't process the payment today (last day before interest fees on the late payment) and there is nothing TD will do to compensate for holding my money. Very very very frustrating that they can treat their customers like that.

Amazing service! I've been assisted numerous times by different staff at the branch who all very patiently handled my questions. But what really pushed me write this 5-star review was Calvin Huang's above-and-beyond service in which he even worked overtime on my mortgage application over the Christmas holidays in order to meet the EOY deadline. I can't be more impressed and satisfied with the service level and the customer obsession from Calvin. Because of him Oakridge now is my go-to branch from now on for all my banking needs. Keep up the great work!
