★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling to inform I would be 5 minutes late, given that their street is closed and it took over 1 hour to get there as well as there being no parking available in the area, I was told that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I cannot believe that being 5 minutes late would require a re-scheduling. This is not an inspiring way to begin a dr/patient relationship based on trust. No flexibility nor understanding, not exactly the caring professional.
