★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great to be able to have some food and drinks during layovers here. The breakfast is good with egg and potatoes, bacon, toast, muffins, oatmeal etc. There is juice, milk and a wide selection of coffee and tea. It is nice and quiet with a great view of the Rocky Mountains. There is very comfortable seating as well as televisions with the news. The lounge is easy to find at A terminal. It is kept very clean. There is several different alcoholic beverages that are self serve. It is set up buffet style so the food and drinks are quick to get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this lounge. The vibe is always relaxed and peaceful. They have a rotating selection of Big Rock on tap. Food is simple sandwiches, but very tasty. Staff are courteous and the place is well kept. Very much worth the visit!

I wouldn't want to pay to stay here but we got in for free due to a card
Service was polite and very quiet.
Except for this one girl who was putting glassware back that was clinking them together like a kid while waiting for a client to clear the area.
We didn't try the food so can't speak of how good it was. Nor did we drink.
Bathrooms were clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a airport lounge for members only and supported by many airlines, credit card companies etc. Members pay a hefty annual fee for the privilege to relax, eat and drink in a quiet environment prior to take off. As a frequent traveler I find this establishment sub-standard. Food is dismal, the same sandwiches day in and day out. No cooked food. The staff in the kitchen is very loud with their equipment and conversations. It feels like I am sitting in a kitchen! I frequenting other lounges around the world and this place is not worth the money. Save your money and go to Tim Hortons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Serve Yourself bar so there's not great variety and it's a Serve Yourself coffee machine so you can't get a decent cappuccino. But the fireplace and the furniture is comfortable. They do meet you at the door and tell you you only can stay 3 hours which is a little bit nasty. They took pity and let me stay for five out of my 7 hour layover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic. This place gave me FOOD POISONING. I felt sick and was having diarrhea for the next 36 hours after eating the crappy cold wet sandwiches from this place. Such a tiny selection of food. All sandwich labels were wrong. Food was not fresh. I feel so ripped off. There was no hot food. Chairs were not comfortable. Overall terrible experience. The worst lounge I've ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lounge itself is very cosy. Lots of comfortable seats and good views of the run way. Decent drink offerings.
The downside was the food. The snacks were good, chips, brownies and the like. The sandwiches were soggy, and the soup very much tasting like Campbell's soup. No other hot items were available.
But if you have lounge access and are just looking to veg out, drink a beer this is worth it... For a cost there isn't much more than improved seating as you wait.
