NEVER USE THEIR WEBSITE!!!! IF IT STOPS WORKING DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS YOUR STUCK WITH NO RESERVATION AND AN AUTHORIZATION EXPENSE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD THAT CAN'T BE FIXED. TRIED CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINES BUT NO ONE CAN FIX THE ISSUE SO YOUR STUCK GUESSING WHAT TO DO NEXT, ALSO TRIED SENDING THEM AN EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE.

This company takes advantage of the fact that their clientel are mostly Chinese immigrants without understanding of the law. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Their written policy on cancellations and re-booking is vague and not definitive in any way, and the customer suffers for it. It is barely written in proper English. Their customer service is even worse. If you are constantly interupted by a rude woman who raises her voice and literally points fingers at you while you explain the vagueness of their wording and how in contractual terms it should not impact you as a customer, that is LEMON LU. She condescended to tell us what "restrictive" meant, it's definition having no relevance to the policy wording anyway because IT WASN'T SPECIFIED ON THE CONTRACT AS TO WHAT WAS RESTRICTED. She then went on to say the wording is "common sense"... The wording basically says that you can change or cancel your flight subject to a fee of $150 USD, plus the difference of the replacing flight, if any. Regardless, there is no such thing as "COMMON SENSE" when it comes to contractual law. She proceeded to speak in Mandarin to her colleagues upon realizing my friend and I were only fluent in English and Cantonese, glaring at us the entire time. She even had the nerve to hotly ask me for my name when I asked for hers to complain to her manager, who's contact information she would not provide. Save yourself the hassle, avoid this company at all costs.

Trying to call from last few days, never picked up. Hours of waiting time, no reply backs to emails. Worst customer service experience everr!! Will never book any flight with them

Worst customer service ever! They have no compassion or understanding. My entire family couldn't go on their trip because one member was suddenly hospitalized with a terminal illness and I called to ask for a cancelation or credit to use in the future but they wouldn't even allow it not even for cancer. I was told by a representative "it doesn't matter as it would be the same result". I do not recommend this airline. I would never use them again and neither will my family. Pay a little more and get treated better with a different airline.
