โ โ โ โ โ Worst airline ever! Please do not fly with Air China if thereโs an alternate. Lost my bag with my wedding clothes in it and they didnโt take responsibility. No one speaks English

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst! I booked a flight from them and canceled after 8 hours. It took me 4 months to get my refund back by at least 10 calls. Their answers are different each time. Some time they told me it took 4 weeks to get refund, but other time it tooks 3-6 months. And, they charged me 200 CAD for cancellation fee even I cancel it in 24 hours! I would never try this airline again in my life.
