★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to get in contact with since it always goes to voicemail. When closing down LEO Insurance’s service, the transition is unprofessional and unclear. I want to know what insurance policy was AUTO-RENEWED without my consent and does it annoys you to get that explained? The quote went up and I’m supposed to pay in full and not ask a single word?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need clarification on my strata's earthquake coverage. I called them Monday and Tuesday, both times their receptionist transferred me to someone that went right to voice mail. I left clear messages that gave the policy number, my name and phone number and no one returns my call. Terrible customer service.
