What kind of a garbage company is this? They charged us for two months even though we already confirmed about the cancellation of the contract. They do not respond to emails and calls.

Had great service working with Luke at Leo Insurance, he was responsive, polite, and kept me updated while waiting to hear from a third party.

Some what i pay too much what they quote me. yes that is my fault but they dont return the money for 4 month. i got once reply but after that i do not get return money and no response. what a customer service. its not much but still they should refund the money right away. i never recommend this company.

I recently was shopping for condo insurance and purchased it through Leo Insurance. Luke was very responsive, answered all my questions and made changes when I requested. He was easy to work with and I ended up purchasing and paying for exactly what I wanted and need. Thanks Luke!

Poor service want to cancel my policy. Fill out the request online wait business days on confirmation email call them and they basically brush you off. Waited 2 more days still nothing. This have to be the worse company I dealt with. Every time you call is always voice mail. You never hear another person. It sometimes take them hours to get back to you in lucky. So image if you need to file a claim good luck with that. Their rates aren't cheap either.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! During the course of doing business with these folks I had to reach out to them ONE time with a question that likely would’ve taken them 2 minutes or less to answer. Not one phone call, message or email was returned but they had the gall to email me a renewal package for my review/signature several weeks later. I promptly informed them that I would be seeking quotes elsewhere pending their resolution of my complaint. 13 days later my email was finally acknowledged for the first time however all they had to offer were a bunch of excuses & no solutions.

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. We can’t insure your condo since your parents are living there and you have to actually rent it for them and make them pay you money! What in the world do you think you are to ask me to charge my parents for rent!
