We spent a delightful experience there with delicious meal and a courteous stuff and an impressive chief cook. We put this venue in our list and we shall certainly come back soon. We deeply recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before catching our flight to Vegas, we made a quick stop at Chili’s Express for something to snack on. Located inside the Edmonton International Airport, Chili’s is a takeaway restaurant alongside a Bar and offers a wide range of delicious snacks and meals.
Order:
Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl: A healthy and filling meal made of Mexican rice, black bean salsa, chipotle pesto, house made ranch topped with Grilled Chicken pico, avocado and garnished with cheese and crunchy tortilla strips.
Overall, it is a great spot to check out if you are looking for a snack or meal at genuine price before taking your flight.
There is a good amount of seating available also right in front of Chili’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. To start had to clean our own table to just sit down. Never seen a waitress for 20 minutes after we sat. Ordered drinks and food at the same time, food came out sporadically. Some people finished eating before others drinks were served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in for a simple pick up menu item. A salad ! Shouldn't get much simpler than that. Took 52 minutes from time I called to them handing it to me. Ive ordered from here more than once. The gentleman that answers the phone makes it seem like youre inconveniencing them to order food. Stood at the pick up counter for 10+ minutes being invisible to all staff members. It's incredible really...no one even acknowledges you. By far worst service from a chilis restaurant Ive ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I fly through this location seems under staffed. As the only food option other than Starbucks currently open, this isn’t acceptable. The lineups are always outrageous and make it nearly impossible to count on a decent meal before departure, even if you arrive we’ll in advance of boarding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST service I’ve had in a LONG time. Super accommodating and truly friendly. They were more than happy to accommodate my strange allergy (onions) and went above and beyond to make something work. Being a frequent flyer, I will definitely be back to this place while waiting for flights.
