★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to put your kids in care. I had my 2 sons there, one in the infant room and the other in Preschool. The staff is really competent, friendly and comprehensive with the families needs. The brand new facility is really clean and well maintained, with a lot of light coming into the classrooms, and the outdoors are great when it’s summertime. If you live nearby or have your office close to it, that’s probably your best option in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! The teachers are wonderful and the facilities are excellent. My son learned a lot there, he was not yet 3 and was telling me about fossils! Management is also wonderful and the director is very friendly and they try their best to accommodate your. Highly recommend This daycare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Childventures is a wonderful daycare staffed with talented, caring and compassionate professionals. I have been with Childventures and previously Bright Horizons for 8 years and their high quality of care, and the attention given to my son (as well as my girls while they were) there is so comforting and appreciated.
During this pandemic it has been so difficult on my family but Childventures and their staff have taken above and beyond measures to ensure the safety and well being of their staff and students and I can’t thank them enough.
If you are wondering about whether this is a place you can trust, I hope this review provides you comfort in knowing that your child will be in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few months back (November), we booked a virtual tour and we were provided with the registration forms. We filled the forms and paid a registration fee of $250. At that time, we were not notified/informed by the management there is a potential "wait-list". We thought that paying the registration fee would confirm our spot. But that was not the case. We were informed about the waitlist after the payment of the fees and I was told we "might" get a spot 6 months down the line (that too not confirmed). If they had been transparent about the "wait-list" process during the virtual tour, we would have never proceeded to pay the registration fee until a spot is confirmed. The whole process lacks transparency.
When I heard today I am not supposed to be paying a wait list fee in Ontario if the spot is not confirmed, I was totally shocked and frustrated with Childventures. Why are they charging a registration fee if they cannot secure a spot? Not acceptable. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made the best decision of sending my daughter to Childventures. She was there for toddler program. The staff and educators are professional and nice. If I had a chance I would have kept her there for her preschool too. Diksha and Manpreet you have been expectionally kind and understanding. She will miss you all so much. I would highly recommend to send your kids to this campus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son was a bit over two years when he joined Childventures. We thought it is the right spot after a great virtual tour, it was obvious how sparkling clean the school is. We also learned that they do not cater food, they cook in-house, they have their own outdoors playground. The wait time was reasonable and we were kept posted along the way. The access system to the school gives the parents peace of mind as it ensures great levels of safety. It is worth mentioning that our child joined after two years living in a non-English speaking environment. The team is amazing, extremely welcoming and the fact that they greet every single child with their own names is excellent, it just feels like an amazing family. We feel extremely happy that we waited for Childventures. It definitely worth it, and I would wait again.
