It’s difficult to give a fair review with unfair circumstances but I can say with confidence that the three needs most important to us: safety, learning & fun are being met to a high degree. I appreciate the professionalism of the owner/supervisor, Susie. She has really done a phenomenal job with adapting, communicating with parents, and being as proactive as possible to keep things running smoothly & keep everyone safe. I also appreciate the hard work of the staff to carry out their regular duties and keep the kids happy & as safe as possible. I am assured when I drop her off that she is cared for and she comes home happy so we are happy too. It would be nice if there was more communication with the teachers but I understand that things are different when face to face interaction is restricted. The HiMama app is great and both Susie & the teachers are very responsive when asked a question etc. The outdoor sheltered playground is awesome and my daughter loves playing on the playground rain, snow, or shine. My son will be starting soon and I’m looking forward to a positive experience for him also. Thank you to everyone at Alpha’s. Caring for precious children in these times is no easy feat and your hard work is appreciated more than I can ever express.

My son is very happy and is learning new things everyday. Susie provides a very caring and responsible leadership to the brilliant team of Alpah's and has remained on top of health and safety matters since start of COVID-19. Play area is spacious and well equipped, classrooms are bright and colorful. It has been an amazing experience and we thank the whole team at Alpha's Discovery Preschool for that.

You can keep track of your kids activities through their app and know all the details about their day to day activities. They almost have a new activity every day. They took care of the COVID situation pretty well and I felt very safe sending her back with all the precautions taken. Special thanks for Ms. Sarangi, who was very helpful and took care of her.

As first time parents with no experience of being sent to a daycare ourselves, the experience of selecting a daycare was very new for us. From the first time we spoke to a representative at Alpha Discovery until now (2 years of our twin boys being part of the Alpha family), we are so happy with our decision. We truly feel that from Day 1, our boys have become part of the Alpha family. Teachers and staff have treated them like their own children (it doesn't get better!!!). The love and care is real! We have laughed, worried, cried, developed and managed different milestones together. The facility is clean, well-managed; food is halal, fresh, diverse; activities/toys allow for our kids to use their imagination, learn, explore and grow. If there is ever a concern or misunderstanding, you can expect that Susie will take full responsibility and ownership of making sure we are satisfied. If you want your child(ren) to become part of a safe and welcoming environment where they can learn and grow and pay a reasonable fee, Alpha is your place of choice. Call them and book your appointment as soon as possible as they do get booked. You will not regret it :)!

The teachers genuinely care, are mature, get down to the child's level and are very responsive to questions/concerns. We're very happy with Alpha's daycare.

I can truly tell how much they care about my boys. In the preschool and toddler rooms the daily activities are age appropriate, engaging, unique and developmentally appropriate. As a teacher with an ECE background I’m always blown away with what they’re doing and learning. I can only say good things about the staff and centre. Alpha Discovery will quickly become a second home your children will look forward to going to; who doesn’t want that!?
