I didn't want to respond to your response, in my review, but I couldn't just let you lie like that. Yes, I do believe my son did start coughing for an hour, like you said, from 2.30pm tp 3.30pm. What you are not saying is that we had this conversation before. He had a running nose and he was sleeping until close to 2.30pm, according to your app. That will cause nasal drip in his throat causing cough. You knew that because we told that 2 weeks before, that's the other thing you don't say, the running nose was not a new symptom. Someone who's business is taking care of young kids should be better informed about nasal drip while sleeping. Also don't tell me you care about the other kids, you don't. You only care about the cheques. That's why your policy states that "on the 6th day of isolation kids are allow to come back even if they test positive". Yes, if you still have covid you are allowed to come in, but with an ear infection and a doctor's diagnosis you're not. And if you dare and lie that your policy does not say that, I will post a picture of your policy. Last, your policy does not include medical clearance but the Province does. And you decided to ignore it, as you decided to ignore Peel Public Health clearance for my son to go back. And you "need more than just a verbal diagnosis of the illness"??!! I had it in writing, and you know that. You accepted a doctor's diagnose 2 weeks before that. You even asked for a copy of the diagnosis, that I supplied you with. PCR test? You know they don't do PCR tests anymore, the government told you and I told you, multiple times. Stop lying.

My daughters have been going to RDC since they were each 15 months old. They have spent time in each of their age rooms as they developed and grew towards going to school. My oldest is enrolled in the before and after school program and my youngest in the pre-kinder room preparing for Kindergarten next year. No matter their age and no matter the room my girls were given love and care and the help they needed to work towards their new milestone. If I ever had a concern I always feel comfortable approaching Barb to discuss and she is always willing to listen with compassion and together come up with a plan of action. Every teacher in this daycare has the best intensions for the children in their care. My girls are always happy and excited to go in the morning and a sad when I pick them up at the end of the day because they are going to miss their friends and teachers. Thank you RDC for taking such great care of my little ones and treating them like family.

Lazy and basic is how I would describe this daycare. No wonder they have opening! I can’t believe they even have the rating they do. From my experience, the staff are uncaring and unprofessional. I would NOT EVER recommend anybody leaving their baby or toddlers at the Mississauga location, as your child won’t be able to advocate for themselves. I was lucky my child had enough vocabulary to express himself. That and from the comments the teachers made, the discrepancies I’ve noted, I gather staff either not like their job or have very little experience with kids. Take my word for it and don’t leave your kid there. I’ll be happy to share my experience in detail with the owner of the center. I would suggest a staff overhaul.

Royal Daycare is a big part of our family. We are a busy couple and we wanted to look for a place where we can let our LO stay most of the day. Feel safe, have fun and learn more and Royal Daycare offer those. They always keep in touch about the progress of our daughter and she was so happy and excited to go to school everyday. Our daughter will be moving to JK and since we are leaving the Royal Daycare Centre, it will never be forgotten that once in our lives there is a place where you can put your precious one feel safe love and care. Thank you to all the staff of Royal Daycare. We will missed you! It is highly recommended!

As a mom of 2 boys, I was very anxious about send my boys to daycare. They were never under the care of anyone other than myself or immediate family members. I did not know what to expect and felt so discouraged but had to return to work. HOWEVER, Royal Daycare has been a game changer. 1) Ms. Barb is always in communication with me constantly from day one over any big or little details, 2) the staff are so nice and cheerful and 3) you see it the developments of the childrens skills, which matters a lot to me. There has been challenges for all, as every parent knows Covid has put a damper on things and is extremely difficult to handle but I admire the way the school has dealt with it. Ms. Barb communicates all the information she receives from Peel Public asap to us parents and the staff works hard to make sure everyone is safe and healthy. The teachers are simply amazing…. Ms.Lidia, Ms. Rita, Ms.Monika, Ms.Melanie and Ms. Usma just to name a few have all showed such kindness to our boys and warms my heart that not only are they being educated at the centre but also being looked after in a loving manner. I strongly recommend this daycare.

Both my kids attended Royal Day Care Centre for 2+ years. We can't say enough great things about our experience. We never once had any issue and most importantly kids loved going to the Centre. Teachers were consistently attentive, considerate and caring. Look no further if you are looking for a place to trust and care for your little ones.

My girls have been going to Royal Day Care for 5 years now and they have become a second family to us. Not one day do I need to worry about them and neither one ever complains about going. They love the food and enjoy all the activities and crafts that are done. They have helped both my kids with school work without hesitation. Royal has an amazing staff and a wonderful supervisor. Royal Day Care provides a safe, fun, loving and caring environment. We thank you for all that you do!

Our daughter has been attending Royal Day Care for two years. She has always been given excellent care and attention in a safe, warm, and nurturing environment. Throughout the pandemic, the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure the children still get to play, learn, and thrive. The staff puts in so much effort to celebrate holidays, cultural days, and more. Our daughter comes home happy every day! We have seen her develop and thrive so much, singing songs she's learned at day care, and sharing her stories about her day.
