★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all the times (and hrs) I've waited for specialists, I'm really sad that I was turned away for being 12 minutes late. Coming from airdrie on bad roads, I had left in plenty of time. Some things are unpredictable when it's snowing. Her staff were AMAZING and showed so much compassion. However, I will not be going back to Dr. Forbes for turning me away. The appointments are booked for half an hr, which we never fully use. They still could have seen us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time is way too long compared to other clinics. I should have started looking around, I guess I just trusted my family doctor a lot with her recommendation to this clinic. Too much waste of time, I learned yesterday there are other clinics that can see my child in a month or two waiting only. Also, you have to be mindful of your schedule, even if the referral letter states they will contact you in December, they will never! So you have to be on the lookout always and call them straight to remind them. Overall, I feel they don't empathize at all. I feel my child is just business to them. If you have another choice, look somewhere else and not on this clinic.
