N	NK Freedom Ventures on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred to Child’s Play from a dentist office in Abbotsford after exhausting every children’s dentist specialist office in Abbotsford for immediate availability. Every single one was booking at the end of March, over a month away. We called Childs Play, they got us booked in the SAME DAY for a consultation with Dr. Lisa Coveney and booked a large procedure for my 5.5 year old daughter 2 days later. From the customer service, the hygienist, Dr. Lisa, the cost estimate, how we were treated, the follow-up phone call to ensure how my daughter is doing post-procedure, etc. was beyond exceptional and I cannot properly express just how grateful I am for the entire service and experience so far. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and informed. We are booked in a few weeks for a subsequent procedure related to this previous one and I know my daughter will be more than taken care of! We will continue to make the commute from Abbotsford just to receive this phenomenal kind of service!!

I was disrespected from staff and asked to leave. They would only treat my daughter if I waited out in the cold with a child who is two years of age. If you or your loved one is medically exempt stay clear of this place. They also phone the police on me and told them I was dragging my daughter bye here hood which if they looked on security footage they would see that is lie

My son has had nothing but the most amazing experience with his dental work thanks to Dr Geoff and his staff .Thank you for making it easy for us parents and most importantly making every child feel at ease .Thank you to all the staff .

I was so impressed with Dr. Lisa and the entire staff for making Kai's first dental visit a resounding success - and really allowing him to feel comfortable. My son even told me he liked going to the dentist! Amazing!

The pricing is higher than the average dentist but it’s worth it for the extra care from this whole team.

The front counter staff is always friendly, the office is always clean and the treatment that my son receives I always top notch! - wish they would take 45 year old patients!! I highly highly recommend this place!

At the second appointment, I brought up a dental issue that had been mentioned at our first visit. They opened up our file on her screen and scrolled to the notes from the last appointment. What I saw did not sit well with me. They keep records of things that are totally inappropriate and not remotely related to dental care. “Mom is quiet and hard to read” were the words I read before the assistant quickly closed the page. Excuse me?? What exactly did I ever do to you guys? We are a perfectly normal family, private pay, my kids don’t have cavities, there is no cps involvement so why on earth do you think it’s appropriate to keep a social history on your observations of me? I’m not even your patient. This was NOT a note about my daughters personality or how to tailor her care, but an unnecessary and intrusive observation of me. It’s been a month now and I’m still disturbed and we won’t be returning to this place.
