★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here multiple times to get change as I work nearby. I always have the same amount of money and have never had an issue until today.
Not only did they refuse to help me, they also told me that I need to make an hour long appointment if I want to become a “member” and that I’d be subject to a credit check. Now I know why there’s never any customers in here. Guess where I won’t ever be banking! I’ll be sharing my experience so that no one I care about is treated so terribly.
