★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of having a home inspection done by Gary. He was quick in his responses and his report was very thorough. Gary is knowledgable in what he does and he explained the report over the phone to me as I was unable to be present at the inspection time.

Gary knows his stuff and provides a professional service with detailed reports so we can be informed about the properties we manage. Many more inspections to be done and we know Gary will give us an honest report on each house.
He is finding things that even the tenants did not know were an issue! Excellent work and great manners with tenants and owners. Most of our houses are 50+ years old and have many defects - which he brings to our attention.

After spending a full afternoon recently researching and contacting home inspectors, I found Gary and hired him to do an inspection in a new condo development in Langley, I was with him during the entire inspection and couldn't be happier with the result!
He's very experienced, knowledgeable, and a great guy overall, he has a keen eye for the smallest details, answered all my questions and gave me a detailed report at the end.

Both times he was incredibly detailed, spending as much time as was necessary to make sure he covered every single area of the house. He answered all of our questions, and helped us to feel at ease in the purchase we were making.
We appreciated how he graded things in what was an immediate thing to be taken care of and what was something that was just a note. He went through every single part of the inspection with us and in the end gave us a great overview of the home. We finalized our purchase today feeling confident in the work he had done.
