He is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and personable. We had no trouble understanding his expert report and he provided great inputs on things that need immediate attention. He has all the tools needed to check electricals, plumbing, roofs, appliances and heating and HVAC systems and provides great service at a reasonable fee.

When clients are present during inspections, Nils proudly describes what he's working on. His reports are timely, detailed, and full of photos. If there's an issue, it's disclosed with recommendations. For strata properties, Nils will even review the strata documents. Thanks again for amazing service! I will call you again this week!
