★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mechanic experince ever, does not care to help and seems more money oriented. Very rude behaviour and snobby attitude would not recommend any of their services. You have to be a genuine person who cares about the customer, because anyone can be a customer. Sadly you lost a customer that day. As i needed an oil chnage but could not take the time to talk to your customer. Just worried about how much to charge pathetic. You dont look to make a dollar off everything in this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously rude and obnoxious...especially considering our vehicle has been sitting there for over a week! Word of advice, try treating your customers like human beings, it's called common courtesy. End result...you lost this sale as well any any future business from us. Good riddance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad had brought his truck for them to do maintenance, instead of doing the oil change properly one of the technicians managed to strip the thread in the pan and offered a deal to fix it instead of doing it for free since it was his fault, it still leaks to this day since it wasnt replaced. The old muffler was blown and when the new one was put on it was WELDED so it can never come off without grinding it off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop, the company I work for has shops they work with in every city and this is the one for Toronto. Out of all the shops I have worked with this is the best. The customer service is amazing, the owner knows how to fix vehicle and his problem solving it top in its class. Another point to mention is the quality of work, there are no slap stick quick fixes coming out of this shop. Only the best.
