โ โ โ โ โ I don't like to give negative or totally negative reviews although to be honest I was treated very rudely by staff. It is very hard to communicate with them, hard to produce smile on their face, And snobbishness to an extreme. Level of being busy does not justify rude behavior. I wish I know manager I would send him personal letter about this issue. Let's see if anyone will see this and hear voice of customer who is not only customer but neighbor too.

Chatime has the sweetest bubble teas, I find 50% sugar to be still pretty sweet.

โ โ โ โ โ If you have the patience to wait the line, then it's a great place to go! The choices when it comes to customizing your drink are great (amount of sugar, amount of ice, etc.); and all in a good looking and tidy store.

โ โ โ โ โ Super accommodating! One of my friends didnโt like her drink and they were very nice and made her a new one! I like how the sweetness and ice and milk options are very customizable.

โ โ โ โ โ I was drinking my Thai milk tea last night and I already drink half of it. Suddenly, I was stroked by a freaking TISSUE that came from my drink!!! It was extreme disgusting cause I don't even know what it was used for and then shows up in my drink!! It never happend before I have to say but this is a huge mistake from Chatime that might cause people some illness!!! I will never go there anymore and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE WHO WANNA GO, CHECK YOUR DRINK BEFORE YOU DRINK!!???

โ โ โ โ โ Updated review: I'm not sure what's happened to this location but I don't think I'll be returning. Perhaps covid has really negatively affected the restaurant, but the menu is extremely reduced and the only two staff members during my recent visit seemed brand new and also unaware of the posted limited menu. I tried to order a "strawberry slush bubble tea" which I pointed to on the menu they had displayed but they were extremely confused, it took about 5 minutes of back and forth with them to eventually receive the simple drink. There's enough other bubble tea options in Ottawa for me to choose from now.
Previous review: Great bubble tea selection and macarons, but there's often a line and a decent amount of waiting.
