ZERO STAR! Me and my roommate were supposed to move in 1 month ago and the day we got the keys, we took a look around the apartment and saw two dead cockroaches. The day after, I went back to the apartment and took an other look around just to make sure there wasn't any more cockroaches. As i was looking around I saw a live cockroach in the living room that went up into the heating rack. Luckily, I was fast enough to take a video of the cockroach. I then called the superintendent to show it to him and as we were talking about the situation, we saw an other live cockroach in the kitchen. Me and my roommate then OBVIOUSLY decided we wouldn't be moving into this cockroach hotel and complained to the management. The management didn't argue since we had taken pictures and videos.

TO ALL WHO ARE CONSIDERING RENTING FROM TRI-CORP REALTY: DO NOT!!!!!!!! My husband and I signed our lease in 2018 while the apartment was under "renovation". This included painting the apartment and varnishing the floors. When we walked in to view the apartment the first time, we saw a bug in the stove and in the washroom. We were lied to and told these were just insects from outside since the windows had been open during the renovations. After moving in, we were living with a MINIMUM of 10 cockroaches per day (attached are two modest photos of BABY roaches from our emails with management). Killing them was exhausting and our apartment was always kept spotless, though the amount of roaches that we saw were innumerable. We notified management and they simply showed us a verification document that stated the apartment had been previously fumigated and there were no roaches, even though we have photographic proof of this. On another occasion of visiting a friend who also lived in the building, she told us that in addition to roaches, there were bedbugs in her apartment (climbing on the walls), meaning that this is not simply an isolated incident, but a building-wide epidemic. This was further supported by Tri-Corp who received multiple complaints. We decided immediately to terminate our lease and sign a takeover, but had so much trouble with finding a new tenant because we were open and honest throughout the process. Below is a text message from a formerly interested tenant stating that they had heard about the Tri-Corp apartment buildings and the massive infestations taking place within them. Take this advice, please do not waste your time with management or consider renting here. PS- Jackie and Alan, the superintendents, are lovely people who were very helpful and responsive to all of our needs and issues, unlike their employers.

Not even a star. Zero, we moved into this hell hole last year. The first week we were killing cockroaches right off the start. We complained about it to the management they sent some one to spray. So we thought they would go away sure enough after spraying. Everyday after they sprayed the unit we were still killing cockroaches. I bought a whole bunch of off the counter chemicals to make them go away but that didn't work . We kept on complaining to the " wonderful people" of tricorp realty they said that it's completely normal to see cockroaches 4 5 weeks after the unit has been sprayed . To make this post short they sprayed our unit 5 more times. And everytime we had to move our things so that reginex the spray company could spray. I left my laptop on to see if they were actually spraying because the problem wasn't going away . Once I got home and watched the video the company didn't even spray anything they apply a gel. We then ask tricorp to move us from the unit to a different one they didn't agree, they said other units are more expensive. Explaining to them what they're putting us through is not right. We called the city of Ottawa health department, they also gave us the run around telling us they don't come to residential properties only commercial property. What a joke. We pay our rent on time, not even an issue with anyone and tricorp realty has the odascity to tell us that we were the problem. Even though we notified them of the problem countless times. Finally we moved and once we got the our newly renovated beautiful apartment were devastated to find cockroaches hiding in our furniture. Now weve had to throw away our furniture. Thank you tricorp realty for the everlasting headache. If you are deciding to rent from this company DONT run away far away. Other tenants we've spoken too have told us they also have a bed bug issues. Pay the extra money for rent live somewhere else. NOT THE ROACH MOTEL AT 272 BRONSON AV OTTAWA ONTARIO.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. We had a hell of a year dealing with bed bugs and a difficult building manager (richard). As we were getting out we found out another unit a floor above found be bugs in their apartment. It’s not worth the price do not live here or you will lose a year of your life trying to move out.
