★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into Charms, basically comparative shopping, looking for a 10th Anniversary ring! Kish was our salesperson! He not only made us feel confident in his knowledge, but helped us find the perfect ring, and let us feel good about spending a lot more than we intended to, but knowing we got great value for our dollars! The manager was also very helpful in explaining the difference between a real diamond and man made diamonds! Everything we buy is from Charms, warranty is very worth every Penny as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Kish for getting the exact ring my fiancé wanted, he gets a 5/5. Now Charm Diamond Centre Southland location gets a 3. The Fiancé noticed the ring damaged and bent, came back like from when I had it sized. We brought it back once, and still wasn't corrected, so took it back, sat for a week, got a call again saying it was done. Find out never even got touched, so back again for repair. They damaged(bent) the other side to just make it look normal. Not pleased!

The service has always been excellent and they were great with helping us out with sizing, care and warranty information. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kish was so amazing in helping my friend get exactly what she was looking for for herself, and her son. It saddened me to see other sales associates and the manager treat him with such rudeness. It made it very awkward.
Management should never loudly insult a worker in front of customers. Kish handled it with poise and stayed focused on helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Shame on the hovering jealous staff. It was very uncomfortable!
