★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to return an item on December 27th and when I walked into the store, I was immediately told by an unfriendly employee that I had to return to the pop-up store outside of the store. When I talked to the employee at the pop-up she told me that she did not know how to return items and that I had to go to the Quarks store. As soon as I entered the store, the same employee stated that she had already told me that they were not doing returns. When I explained that the employee in the mall did not know how to do returns, she never said a word to me and said "well then I will show her how to do it." She never directed any comments after that to me during the return transaction - I took my receipt and left the store and at this point I will never return to purchase anything from that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!!! On the phone, even though I had an item #, I was told she was busy with a customer and to go to the website and press a reserve button and that would tell me if the shoe was in stock or not. It took her longer to tell me that than if she had just looked. I did go to the website and could not find a reserve button anywhere. In the afternoon, I made it to the store and the girl was more interested in playing with her hair and adjusting her scarf than actually seeing if a customer needed help. I went to another store and bought my shoes. No wonder there is only a 3+ rating at this location!!! ?
