There is a staff standing at the door to control the people entering the store and welcome the customers. Everything's fine. While I was waiting in line, another staff was walking by and gave me a glance from my head to toe, which made me uncomfortable. After I checked out, I asked to see some other items and still hesitated about my purchase. Another customers walked by and took a look on the earrings tray and decided to buy, then my sales quickly asked if my friend and I still want the earrings. After she got a β€˜No’, she quickly took the earrings tray and disappear to help that customer checkout. My friend and I were standing there and don’t know what happened. Is it our service done? What is the purpose to limit people entering the store? People gathering around in this limited space and we have to share the earrings tray with other customers? Is that the Chanel service? If we don’t purchase a jacket or a bag, does it mean we only deserve bad service like that?

I had the absolute displeasure of meeting Cassandra/Kassandra this afternoon. My partner and I came in to inquire about the size differences between medium and jumbo flap bag. Firstly, we had to approach her for help after being stared at for 5 min. When she did help us, she showed absolutely no interest and treated us like we were a bother after trying to belittle us regarding bag colours that we were inquiring about. I’ve never in my life endured such poor treatment in a high-end store. I will never shop at this location again. She has absolutely no business working there.

Like seriously, if I can give negative or zero star for this Chanel boutique I would, I been to a lot of Chanel boutiques around the world & this is the worst boutique ever, we will never return to this location, l was just there this afternoon despite have to line up to get assigned with a SA, which was fine, the sale associate was rude and in rush at all times (in and out the store for 5mins or less) with her unprofessional service we don’t even feel like staying for longer, even though we haven’t get to tour the whole boutique. Like comeon Chanel, what’s your standard or prof training provided to your sale associate in order to be qualify to work there??! your staffs are extremely rude and not answering the questions I have asked, their attitudes are enough to drive a lot of customers away and lose a lot of business. I know my Chanel products and lines pretty well and I knew for sure which ones I wanted to get, but she kept talking and correcting me like I was stupid, thank god I have my regular SA I usually deal with. This is so called the flagship boutique that given me the most worse and most unpleasant 5 mins visit. Save your time & energy, go to the other Yorkdale and Bloor locations, even the Calgary one is much better!!

This location sets the bar high when taking care of their clients. Establishing a good relationship with your SA will give you a better chance of securing the pieces that you’ve been eyeing. Do your research and take screenshots of the items that you want ahead of time. This’ll allow for a more efficient, pleasurable experience when you are ready to make a purchase either in-store or online.

My friend and I visited this Chanel flagship store with the intention of purchasing some accessories. We were ignored the entire time by sales representatives, who stood to the side, not helping anybody, other than casting us the occassional judgemental glances. Even worse, a security guard followed us around the entire time, even running up the stairs after us when he realized we were going to the second level. In the end we left with a bad taste in our mouths at this terrible service and didn't want to purchase anything from a store that treats its customers like this. We felt discriminated against and have never been treated so poorly.

Had an amazing experience!! I went to the store to specifically look at the Small CF and this was my first time at this location. Unfortunately they dint have it in the colour I wanted but the SA helping me (Szeyan) was VERY friendly & helpful. I did end up buying a broche and she showed me all the designs they had. I have been to the Bloor location Chanel & had an OK experience so decided to try this one and I do not regret it at all. Will be for sure going back here again.

I had a fantastic experience at this Chanel location! The fashion advisor Phay was very helpful and friendly. She took the time to show me around the boutique and helped me pick a new pair of sunglasses. Left with a beautiful purse & sunglasses! I Recommend this boutique to all the Chanel lovers!
