I love Chaban because their food is so homey and authentic. The owner and staff are attentive and polite and the restaurant is always clean. Their take-out is just as good and well packaged.

β β β β β Great Korean restaurant which makes the best short ribs Iβve ever had. There beef bulgogi bowl is awesome as well. My wife and I eat here a few times a year and the quality and service are always excellent . You can tell they really care about the food they put out and their customers. Even for pick-up you see them being very organized and they are always helpful with their suggestions.

β β β β β I'm so glad that I found a authentic Korean restaurant on the west side!!! It's cute, clean and delicious. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. And they take credit cards! The food quality is very good and the portion is not small. I had the seafood tofu soup and a beef rib as appetizer. The soup comes with a purple rice! Love it! The soup was quite spicy. But it was very good! A lot of ingredients in the soup! The tofu was so tender! I also love the side dishes! They're all crispy and gave me a clean taste. I finished everything on the table. I can't wait to come back to try other dishes and the big hot pot! Love this place!!

β β β β β Enjoyed a family dinner there, I have tried their bulgogi, very filling and tasteful. By mistake ordered the kimchi tofu soup instead of the seafood tofu one, it was delitious but spicy. You can crank down the heat with there great purple rice you get on the side. All dishes served in hot stone bowls, food sizzling while it comes to you whitch adds the 'wow' factor to your dish.
Nice family owned restaurant with authentic cuisine.

β β β β β I've only had takeout and delivery but when I pick up the staff are all super warm and friendly, and the place is clean. I'd love to dine in once they open for that.
The food is delicious - Can be a bit pricey but the portions are good.
Best kimchi pancakes I've ever had. Everything else I've tried has been delicious as well including the bibimbap, soft tofu soup, bulgogi casserole, and spicy chicken hot plate.
A pretty good variety of sides. Fresh tasting vegetables.
The only thing missing is Tteokbokki! Its my favourite, please add it to the menu! β€

β β β β β Weβve been customers since 2018 and the food quality has been great all this time! Not the most extensive menu but all the dishes weβve tried are delicious and seem to be very authentic.
As others have said it can be a bit pricey. Definitely worth the cost if youβre craving good Korean food.
