★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice parkette centered around a Korean war memorial. It is close to the historical beginning of St.Vital and a scenic lookout with a very informative info plaque of "Progress and Prosperity" The park backs onto the Red River. You are able to walk down the bushy slope and check out some nice views. It has potential to be more appealing park.
