★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my bike get tuned in for the coming season, and I also requested they install tubeless tires on my bike and they found problems with my current wheelset and helped me with it. They even put the tires nicely even though they said it was going to be a hard installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Camilo is a very friendly salesperson. After 2 months of use, this is a very fast road bike. Although I have been riding AM bikes before, road bikes have quickly adapted. The only regret is that the frame of the new car was a little scratched. Should get 5 points evaluation. Thank you Mr. Camilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had an unsatisfying experience here. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgable. Always take the time to deal with you, even if it's only a $2 part you're after. I make the 1/2 hour drive there past 6 or more other bike shops simply for there exceptional customer service.

I highly suggest contacting Jon for bike questions and to have your bike properly fit. Also, everyone at Woodcock is friendly and provide great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bicycle from Woodcock Cycle Works and had it delivered to BC. I was a little leery of shipping a bicycle but the whole transaction was super smooth and the service I received was excellent!
Mikhail in sales did a fantastic job communicating with me about my order, and they had it packed up and shipped out promptly. Shipping price was also very fair. Big shoutout to Seb, who was the employee who packaged my bike for shipping and did great work. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and the level off care and professionalism in the packaging was evident. I'm very happy with my purchase and would totally shop at Woodcock again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to Woodcock to ask questions about getting cross country skis and walked out with a full set of skis and some new knowledge about skiing! I’m a beginner, never been on skis except for the 30 seconds we got as kids in Junior high with those terrible skis, bad bindings and smelly boots. Camilo was amazing and gave me all the time to explain the gear, discus options and why I might choose one level of gear vs another. He was patient and kind and did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t need. Also he didn’t make me feel bad for taking up so much of his time to explain everything. I would recommend Woodcock for all things skiing and biking. They have such friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to greet you at the door and make you feel like you’re in the club! Also they have great coffee! Thanks Camilo. I’ve been out several times and I love my skis!
