β β β β β i had the best times of my life in these apartments. that has nothing to do with the actual apartment. something was always broken, the whole building had bedbugs at one point, the upstairs neighbours were having a 24/7 domestic, but i would move back in right away if given the choice. so do with that information what you will.

β β β β β Do not move here. Very unorganized, when you need something fixed you are always waiting for the contractor? Who can never be trusted or they are having problems with them. ( don't trust the office). Walls are paper thin, you can hear things you shouldn't..washing machine break alot, and like always they are having issues and waiting for the contractor? It's not worth the headache. Don't move here.

β β β β β The apartments are up to date and nice, but they are extremely expensive. Management they have running those buildings are completely rude and unprofessional. If you have children i personally don't recommend living their, from personal experience some of the people that live in those apartments are really creepy not to mention just last year an individual from those apartments was shoot and killed. Not my idea of safety but then again that type of thing happens no matter where your living

Since moving to Cedar Ridge Iβve had no problems at all. The staff helped me during my move in period and are extremely professional. The location of this apartment is what makes it so amazing!! Great views of the city, you can even catch all the fireworks shows right from your doorstep! So many parks and pathways close byβ¦. And you are right on the Bow River!
The apartments are a good size for what you pay for. And the newly renovated ones are very cozy! This place is for sure a value property.
If youβre looking for a place to live. Give it a try!

β β β β β I really enjoy living in the apartment complex. From the great views to the amazing staff, every day is enjoyable. Been living here for a few years and any problem I may have is always resolved efficiently. The office staff are always willing to lend an ear and make sure repairs and such are taken care of as soon as possible. Definitely a thumbs up!
