I was not happy with the product it did not work for me, when I ordered I put in the information on the application which advertised that you could try it got only paying for the shipping I thought I would try it but when came to the information of putting in your visa number I thought twice and left the sight without completing it. A couple of days latter I received a call from the company telling me I did not complete application I voiced my concern about putting in my account No.and told them I did not want to because often when you do, they then send you more product after so many days and I did not want that, when I tried it and liked it I would order more and was assured that would not happen soon went ahead with it. After arrival I tried it and was not satisfied with it and a few days later I noticed a charge of $129.00 on my visa, after I found out from my bank what the charge was from I called and they told me that I had 14 days to send it back when I did not in that time frame I was charged, that they had not told me and it was not on the original advertisement. But they told me I could be charged half the amount and keep it, I told them I did not want it at all and was given a return number to return it in 21 days, I took it and sent it back unfortunately one day late accordingly tithe track number I had from the post office which I had to pay $12.70 for. After a few weeks when I did not see a refund on my visa I called again gave them the track number talked to a receptionist Karen #4967 who told me I was late and would get no refund at all, I asked to talk to a manager and was told could not, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the way this company conducts business and cheats people out of their money. It is a long letter but just want to help some people iut of loosing their money.

I absolutely love this CBD company. I order CBD oil for my dog who suffers with arthritis and this has helped her tremendously. I highly recommend all their products as they are a high quality Canadian CBD company. Not to mention the customer service is phenomenal and super helpful. Riley ? and I thank you guys!
