★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always come here for the oil change, I understand that I came in 30 minutes before you guys close. But to say hey we do close in 20 come back tomorrow, or another day isn't the best way to say to a customer, and it wasn't like you had a big line up either. If you guys prefer to give the competitors the business I guess that's cool. Customer service went down the hill with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an oil change here recently. Had will or phill ? I'm sorry . Anyways. He was great . Friendly knowledgeable and not so pushy with needing headlight fluid etc like all other quick lubes. He even found another issue that was easily repaired. Thanks again. I will be back shortly to do the transmission service like he'd recommended . I was in a hurry that day. But will be back for the exceptional service I received. Thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from all the guys at this location. I was advised of priority service needs and a service need that could wait. I was even given pricing on winter tires which I plan to purchase from Castrol Peterborough. Keep up the good work fellas!!!!!
Further comments April 2, 2022
I went back today to have my tires looked at due to a thumping noise. Jeff thoroughly inspected the tires and discovered a nail in one of my back tires. The tire was repaired. And I was told that a new tire was not needed. Jeff even checked my spark plugs and said they didn't need replacing. I love the honesty and I will definitely keep coming back to Castrol Peterborough even though I live in Toronto. 10/10 stars!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a coupon from their website they wouldn’t accept because it needed to be printed. No where on their site does it say that. Every business in the world accepts digital coupons. Even Mr Lube - where I usually go but decided to visit this place to try because of a $5 coupon they had. The ironic thing after fighting me over not having it printed—they handed me A PAPER COPY OF THE COUPON I WAS TRYING REDEEM! They did say I could go home and print off a coupon and bring it back… but with gas being so expensive why bother. Like what a farce. Avoid this place. Any place that argues over $5 doesn’t understand basic customer service. Im sorry, plain and simple. To the manager, was this 1 star review and a loss of a first time customer (who will warn friends and family) worth the $5? I would expect not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff who did my oil change was knowledgeable however, they do recommend a lot of services that are not needed. They also don't honor their own word. They had a promotion of $10 off if they don't do certain things. I met two of the criteria for it and the manager of this place still refused the promotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attempted to have our oil changed at this location, choosing it for the advertised speed of the drive through service. Unfortunately, after waiting over 30 minutes in a line up of only two cars, we were forced to leave to complete other errands. During that time, we were not greeted by an employee or given an estimated wait time. On top of that, there were so many vehicles parked around the building that it was nearly impossible to both enter or exit the parking lot. We were hopeful for a good experience, but received the opposite, and would encourage potential customers to consider other oil change locations instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thorough with the oil and inspection. Decided to give the garage a try to do the work the boys found under my truck. Thier mechanic did an amazing job (very good job on the welding!). I am very impressed with the oil change side and the mechanic side. Highly recommend you bring your car there. PS they have great snacks in the waiting room!
