★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to take a moment to recognize Allen Pumphrey for his amazing service. I was a bit nervous as most women are to come to a dealership, and Allen was the most patient and kind employee. He took the time to explain everything to me before my service as well as afterwards . He even walked me through my vehicles report card showing me how my battery was in great condition as well as my tires. I felt as though he really did go above and beyond to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable and informed. I even got a text message with updates on my vehicle and I think that's really neato! Thank you Allen for your amazing service, I am completely satisfied and will forever recommend you to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give no stars or negative. I took my company vehicle here for an oil change and tire rotation. Noticed a huge oil spill across the lot when I was leaving with my van. Fist stop after I noticed oil dripping from underneath. Looked under and there was oil everywhere, checked the oil and it was below add. I went back to ask what happened and was told the oil filter had a crack and they drove it across the lot spewing oil until the oil light came on. They refilled and replaced the filter. I would've like to been told about this when I picked it up. Was also told I was wrong that it wasn't low on oil and the advisor rolled her eyes at me when I expressed concern about damage to the engine. They did end up adding oil to it even though the advisor said they didn't. No apology from them. And to top it off it is still dripping oil all over my driveway, while looking under at all the oil I now noticed the tires are in the exact same location( still have markings from seasonal change over) and a tire rotation was paid for. It is sad when I get better service from Mr. Lube than at the dealer. I guess back to Mr lube next time. I dont think I could be more disappointed in the service. I am a licensed technician, this gives us professionals a bad name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a one star review because it's one of several bad experiences I've had with the quick lane at Ford. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
I made an appointment to have my winter tires/wheels put on my 2017 transit.
They didn't have the proper socket to take the lugs off my after market rims, which seems absurd to me.
The staff then proceeded to explain how two my tires were very worn and I should consider having new tires put on my vehicle ??. Hmmm...why was I there again? Oh ya to put new tires on my vehicle.
No offer to reschedule for another time to get my tires on. They didn't even check the tire pressure for me. I'll never go back.
