She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and provided me with all the information I needed. Working in the service industry myself, I know what good customer service looks like, and Shannon is the perfect example of what we all should aim to be.
I was very nervous to switch to a new insurance company after being with my previous insurer for 7 years, but Shannon put me at ease, being patient with me the entire step of the way. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with Desjardins, and Shannon is a major factor to this. I know that this will be a company I will be able to rely on.
