★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would definitely return to this Peterborough Midas shop. They repaired my exhaust system (exhaust pipe had separated from the muffler) without making unnecessary replacements, so the cost was minimal. They were courteous, friendly, efficient and had the job done in an hour. Although there is currently no waiting room (Covid), I spent the hour at Chapters—a short walk away. Great experience all round!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost booked, glad I didn't. The staff that I dealt with were short with me and rude when I asked for a quote for brake work. In a customer service driven world, this just does not bode well. I hope they switch up the customer relations training for employees in future for a better overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I did not like it for so many reasons. Feels like they are doing a huge favour doing your oil change. My $35 for oil change coupon turned out to cost me exactly $50 with a long list of surcharges like labour and for 0.1L of extra oil they charged me inflated charge for a full litre. I do not like places that have surprize charges and nickle and dime you. The manager asked me to put a mask on after I went without a mask inside. He had no sign on the door. Later he kept reminding me 6 times to keep the mask on at all times. I never argued and put my mask on as soon as he asked me to. I do not need to be reminded 6 times to do what I already have done. I respect people but I expect to be respected back. Compared to their competition they offer much less in term of cumfort. No newspaper, no coffe, very limited checks of the car for an inflated price. Stay away from this place. I will never go back.
Update - of course I did go on their site and filled their forms as they requested below and of course no one ever got back to me. What did I even expect?
