Heather is absolutely amazing when it comes to real estate. She took us to at least 40 homes to view, all the while remaining upbeat and smiling. We either didn't like them or got out bid by someone else. Most agents would probably have started getting frustrated after showing that many houses without result, but not Heather. When we felt like throwing in the towel, Heather assured us that we would find the home that works for us. Not only did Heather find us a home, she found us one that we bought for below asking price. Heather was our realtor twice - once when we bought the house and then again when we had to sell it. She was always on call for us, responding to all of our queries, via email, text, phone, everything. She never hesitated. Heather was always punctual when we had appointments, even on days when we had upwards of 5 viewings. Heather is a great listener and always responded to our changing criteria for what we were looking for. Heather is extremely professional and knows her job exceptionally well. She gained and kept our trust throughout the entire process. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that we got everything we needed both during the buying and selling process.
