T	Tish Nicol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed. I couldn't finish my meal. The fish was soggy and the fries had a gritty dirt texture like we eating them at the beach. Service was great. The place wasn't busy so I am hoping it was just an off day for the chef.
S	Scott Summers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wings were great for myself. My buddies were burnt, the waitress bad them replaced. Then they were short a few wings. Tje service was great otherwise. Drinks were cold and the waitress did everything to make it right. No complaints here. Will definitely be back
N	Nikki Spiers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were surprised at how bad our dinner was. We ordered garlic bread - no garlic butter and the cheese wasn’t melted so we sent it back. I ordered an ice tea and it was warm and watery. Our fajita came without fajita seasoning, the chicken was dry and the veggies were partly raw still. The air conditioning is apparently broken so the back door was open and when the train went by we all jumped. The seating at our booth wasn’t comfortable and too far from the table. The only good thing was our server, she was welcoming and friendly. We won’t be back
n	nicole ree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight I went for dinner with my boyfriend and my two young children as this has been one of our favourite spots since moving to port hope. Every time we’ve gone (which is at least once a week) every waitress has been fantastic, kind and genuine. We’ll tonight I had forgot my phone at the establishment and the waitress who served us by the name of Sam took the liberty to drive to my home after her shift to deliver my phone! I just thought that was the kindest and most caring and thoughtful thing to happen! She deserves a raise ! Lol
P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's alright! I'll admit for the price, it's reasonable. Ordered a Buffalo Ranch Poutine. It was alright. Decent portion, clearly frozen fries. My mother had the Fajita Wrap which she said was excellent. Served with Beef and Barley soup which came out basically cold ? and had to be reheated. Father had Thursday wing and fries $10 special and said they were good.
D	Deb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really good and it was served hot! One thing I require is hot food. The burger was huge but I was able to eat the whole thing. That should tell you how good it was. The interior is lacking in atmosphere, and the booth seats should go to the dump. You sink up to your ears when you sit down. And by the way our waitress was excellent. We appreciated her great service (an older lady with a great sense of humor).
D	Darlene Christensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Castle Johns Port Hope for the first time Wednesday April 20/22. It was our first time there. I would have given 5 stars but we found the chairs totally uncomfortable. Our waitress was very accommodating and got us into a booth as soon as one was available. The food was outstanding. I had the lasagna which the menu said was home made and it really was. The serving size was large enough to have a nice meal and bring home some for another dinner. My friend ordered the lobster stuffed ravioli. And SURPRISE it was with real lobster. The cream sauce as well had chunks of lobster. It takes a lot to impress a chef but he was impressed. Will we go back. You bet we will and it could be a regular. Prices are fair and I look forward to sample other things on the menu. I could almost feel comfortable trying their liver and onions. Something I have never enjoyed in a restaurants
