I was there earlier in the week to explore my choices for appropriate lumber for a project in Algonquin Highlands and was surprised to see all available choices materials.
Ron explained everything to me and assured me of the weekend delivery. He was very attentive and caring!
When we arrives there on Saturday, it was around noon and was told that the delivery will not be guaranteed due to the number of pre-scheduled deliveries for the day.
After explaining the situation and the fact that I am based in Markham, they were very accommodating in the delivery of my materials.
I paid for everything and proceeded to the site and within an hour or so the material was delivered.
The best part is that there is a minimal delivery charge for any delivery outside of a kilometre radius.
Overall, this place has the best prices, service and overall experience for a smooth transaction.
Thank you, guys, and will surely be back for my future renovation material needs!
