★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very POOR service and unprofessional stuff. They never call you back and you have to demand for assistance that they must to provide. For example i requested claims history they never respond for my request. Awful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used nacora for insurance since 2007 for a beauty business no claims ever only more experience with less risk in my opinion. Two increases in last 3 years. And now in times of crises because of Covid -19 and not making any income, I was offered little, no holds until I’m up and running . To make it worse another increase when I renew!! Not happy I would never recommend nacora. Why do I have to pay when I don’t have anything to insure ? Cut some slack nacora. You can’t get blood from a stone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that Tara Capetola who works for the sales is probably the most condescending insurance broker I have ever talked to. She was rude and mean from the get go. When I confronted her about her behavior she gave half hearted apologies and was chuckling in the background. She was unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. I have to say the rest of the team does not behave in such a manner. Saima Namdar, was professional and courteous throughout the call. Tara called me from her personal cell phone as well, probably so that her call could not be recorded for "quality assurance" services. I doubt posting this review will get her reprimanded but if you are someone who talked to Tara and experienced such "quality" you should not be treated in this manner and I feel sorry for the company that she represents.
I have to say that I was not rude or condescending towards her at all but I did call her back to confront her after she hung up. She was condescending, rude, and unprofessional and could not care less that this might affect the reputation of the business she was representing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute worst insurance brokers that I have ever had the misfortune of encountering in all my 20 plus years of driving. To do something as simple as an address change you have to hound them and they never get back to you in under 2 days unless you constantly email and phone them on a loop. They act as if you need them and not the other way around. My recommendation is avoid them at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by a business associate. Firstly they don’t return calls and respond to emails. After calling Manraj 3 times she finally call me back and we spoke. I then email my information to her, she didn’t respond to the email if she had received it or not. So the next day I called the number she had in the email. No one answered. Her voice message gave instructions what to do if you can’t get her. Funny enough all three numbers lead to her. While I was call the third number she came on the phone with her voice elevated and with an angry tone. Saying if I call her and don’t get her that mean she is in a meeting! Then she hang up.Witch ?♀️! How am I to know your in a meeting? I am a new client seeking your services! That should mean something. Her attitude was the worst and I would advise no one to use their services.
