★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow, filled with bugs, and has completely function less functions. Take too long to load up especially with a large database of stock. If the software is left too long it freezes up and causes a relatively big problem because it processes the information but cannot give it back to the user which is crucial in my instance (creates a mistake that needs to be fixed through another buggy process). Finally, some function don't do what their supposed to. To cancel a shipment for example just changes its status, it does not wipe it or cancel it as it's supposed to. All in all, poorly made program for a company this large.
