I have been dealing with Ryan Stirling for the last week trying to sort out house insurance for the home that I have sold, the new one I purchased as well as my car insurance. I have been thoroughly impressed. Not only was Ryan professional and courteous but he also responded to all of my messages promptly. I had all of my concerns addressed and questions answered. Ryan definitely made this insurance experience a delightful one!

I can't speak for the customer service of the entire company as I only spoke to one rep, but my experience with Account Executive, Jason Maxwell, was simply wonderful. He has a calm welcoming demeanor and genuinely seems to care. I never once got the feeling like he was trying to push a sale on me or trying to get me to buy the most expensive policy. He asked relevant questions and provided suggestions and relevant details in regards to any potential policy. Jason was also very responsive to email and phone calls, making me feel like I was a priority. I am happy and confident with my choice and feel lucky that i was able to have such excellent service. He deserves the highest possible recommendations and I will refer him to anyone I know. Ask for Jason; you won't regret it! Duncan Forbes

Worst experience In my life. I’d rather pay double but get service and quality they tell you they will contact you in 15 min to give you the policy 3 hours later no response and your calls go un answered. They have low ratings for a reason ppl Spare yourselves the trouble. Do not call or deal with this company

Jason Maxwell has helped us in terms of Home and Auto Insurance. He is very knowledgeable and has fantastic customer service. He has guided us through the right path and advised us the best. Signed up with Angela. Great service. She left the company and I got sent to Desmond. Worst experience ever, no exaggeration. Never picks up phone and never got back to me, even after various voicemails. Told him a week in advance I bought a new car, he said he’ll have all the paperwork ready. I went to the dealership a week later and he didn’t have the proof of insurance sent to the dealership, and wasn’t answering his phone. Luckily after calling all around the company from the dealership, Michael was able to pick up Desmond’s slack and fix the situation. Desmond was to send me updated price the next day. He didn’t send me updated price after various requests for weeks, never replied to voicemails. Finally spoke to a manager who said they’ll have it sent to me, still nothing. Fast Forward to 2 weeks ago…………After 8 months got the renewal, and the old car was still on the policy. Finally got in touch with Desmond AFTER 8 MONTHS to tell him about his mistake. A week after I got a bill for $600 because he never sent the new policy to the insurance company. He did not find a cheap price even, as soon as he sent me the price I found one $120/month cheaper after my first call to another broker. Now I am calling around the company, management agrees it is not my fault and that they would also be frustrated. Yet they tell me I will still have to pay it. If Desmond sent me the price 8 months ago when I asked I would have found a cheaper package, the same way I did this week in one day. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. Would not wish this experience on anyone.

This company is not responsive! Save yourself the trouble and do not use this broker, I have been trying for 3 days to add a vehicle to our policy with no luck, no one ever picks up and no one responds back nore do they update their voice-mail messages with accurate information. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Let's start off by saying this, Jason Maxwell an Account Executive was my advisor, and was absolutely a kind and communicative person. His outstanding client care, and calmness made the process of acquiring insurance a short and sweet one. Anybody looking for insurance should definitely get in touch. Amazing company!
